This policy applies to UK customers only.
At Little Lost Girl we pride ourselves on our attention to detail, superb customer service, and here is a typical example of our commitment to you, our customer.
If you make a purchase from www.littlelostgirl.co.uk and upon receipt of the goods realise you have the wrong size, made a mistake, you don’t like the colour, or you’ve just changed your mind, you can have a replacement (depending on availiblity) or a full refund should a replacement Item not be availible.
In the result that the item arrives in a faulty condition, please liaise with our returns department by contacting email@example.com with a description of the fault in your packaging.
This must be done immediately once you receive your item (within 72 hours of receiving your item). Should we agree that the item is faulty you will be entitled to a full refund.
Simply return the goods, unused with your original receipt, in the original packaging, with tags still attached within fourteen days of receiving shipment for a refund or replacement. Please liaise with our returns department before sending any goods.
To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you call or email us – firstname.lastname@example.org
-Your order number
-Product name and Little Lost Girl reference number of the item you wish to return
-In cases of size exchange, the Little Lost Girl number and size for the item you wish to receive in exchange (if applicable).
Please email us at email@example.com to be provided with the returns address.
The item and cost of returning is your responsibility until it reaches us.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The parcel can take up to 14 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.
